Name  name villa: 19thSt villa

Location Name: 19th St villa,   Amirdasht town, Kelarabad, Mazandaran

Design group: zandiganco

Executive group: shahriaramco

19 villa project of Amir-Dasht Township – This project was built in the amirdasht town  on  area of 980 meters with an area of about 910 square meters in 4 floors. The design of this villa was done by Zandigan Company, Engineer Mohammad Reza Nikbakht. And the shahriaram Company implementing the project. This neoclassical style villa was designed to reduce decorations and pay attention to the details of the executive. The combination of rigid stone walls alongside large glass lobes has created a contradiction in modernity. Transparency or clarity, which is an indicator of Iranian architecture, is clearly visible in this villa.
The execution of this building is based on the use of travertine in a bold way. Inside the building we can also see marble on the main floor of the hall, patina in the walls, use of bamboo wood on the ceiling and colored marble stones on the services.
This villa is currently one of the largest buildings in the Amirdasht town, traditional Iranian and modern architecture in the design of outer space and interior space.
